The 2x4 is a 2014 Zombie Strike melee weapon. It resembles a block of wood, hence the name "2x4", which is a cut of wood which measures 2" long and 4" wide. The 2x4 is the third Zombie Strike melee weapon to be released in 2014, the first being the Strikeblade and the second being the Z-Bat. Seven tally marks can be seen on the side of the weapon which serve as a decoration. The weapon also has a handle which resembles the one used on the Z-Bat. There is a spiked cuff on the weapon as well. It retails for an unknown amount of money.
