The Nerf Atomizer is a 2002 Nerf Atom Blasters blaster that holds 2 Ballistic Balls. It is like the 1991 Original Nerf Series Slingshot, but improves accuracy slightly. It was priced at $4.99 when it was first introduced, and got poor reviews.
Description
The Atomizer is the smallest Atom Blasters blaster to be released. It can hold two ballistic balls, but doesn't have a trigger, lessening the potential power. Some say it was replaced by the Atom Blaster, while others say it didn't have a replacement.
Review
Description - The Atomizer is a slingshot-like weapon that holds 2 Ballistic Balls. It is quite poor in performance, and can be considered the worst Atom Blasters weapon to be released.
Range - 3/10 - It can only shoot up to 15 feet.
Accuracy - 4/10 - It slightly improves the Slingshot's accuracy, but still has its own accuracy problems.
Reliability - 4/10 - It is a very poor blaster, and can break if stepped on.
Rate - 2/10 - You have to hit it with the back. Trying to time the perfect shot is near impossible.
Overall - 3.25/10 - Never bring this into battle, or you will guaranteed lose.
Trivia
- It was, along with the Cyclotron, replaced in 2004 by newer blasters like the Atom Blaster and the Buzzsaw.
