A Buzzer Arrow.
Buzzer Arrows are a type of discontinued Nerf ammunition sold with the Sonic Stinger Bow n' Arrow.
Details[]
They are normal 11" arrows with an orange tip. When the arrow is shot, and at a sufficient speed, the tips will emit a kazoo-like noise. They are hard to find today because of only being included in its patron blaster. They were also sold in two-count refill packs.
There is also a harder-to-find version which has light blue fins, rather than the camo yellow & black fins seen on them normally. Their origin is unknown.
