A rubber head is a type of dart head on some darts. It was first seen in 2006 on the Streamline Dart with the introduction of the Longshot CS-6. These tips cause these types of darts to notoriously fishtail. The post on the inside of a streamline dart is too long and needs to be trimmed down to fit some muzzle-loaded blasters. This was fixed with the introduction of the Elite Dart.

A velcro head is a type of dart head only seen on Dart Tag blasters. These heads have an enlarged rubber head with a piece of velcro in an x-shape stuck to the top. In recent times though, this dart gained a mix of a velcro and a whistler head, allowing them to stick to jerseys and whistle in flight.
