The Disk Shooter is a 2013 Nerf N-Strike target practice set. It comes packaged with the disk shooter, a Jolt EX-1, 3 Launcher Discs and 3 Whistler Darts. It is an electronic device that seems to act as the spiritual successor to the Disk Shot. It also launches discs in a similar way. The included Jolt EX-1 is mislabeled as "Jolt-X", which is commonly thought of to be a mistranslation. Among other mistranslations, there is "Nerf Strike", which should be "N-Strike". The Disk Shooter has the standard color scheme of any N-Strike product; orange, yellow and black, with various pictures scattered around the Disk Shooter. There is a reloading port on the device, similar to a card reader, where one inserts the discs into and it will fire them off.
Trivia[]
- Before being released into the Nerf line, the device was featured in other toy lines, one of which is Spider-Man.
