The Flash Blast is a 2013 Super Soaker that holds 122mL of water. It is the only compact blaster in the 2013 lineup. It is also the only spring-powered Super Soaker that Nerf has ever made to feature a trigger. Like a Nerf dart blaster, you need to prime the blaster and shoot it by pulling the trigger. It got poor reviews when it first came out. It is able to slam fire. It cost $8.99 when first released. It is classified as a piston, elastic and novelty blaster. It was rereleased in 2014 with a new color scheme.
