The Gripstrike (formerly known as the Squeeze Blast) is a 2015 BOOMco blaster that holds 1 Smart Stick Dart. The blaster is fired by squeezing the handle and letting the dart launch, similar to the 2006 Buzz Bee Pop Shotz blasters. The blaster comes with two unique black-striped Smart Stick Darts, which rest on the post on the front. The blaster has no room for attaching a Smart Stick Shield. It comes with a Smart Stick Target. Though the blaster has an unorthodox firing method, it claims ranges as far as all the other blasters in the line. The blaster has a dart holder.
