The Hydro Cannon is a 2011 Super Soaker that holds up to 1L of water. It is very powerful and meant for straight-up wars, having good distance, coming with a shield to deflect oncoming water (Simalar to the Shield of the Stampede ECS) and the overall size shows this too. It needs to be pumped 20 times before you hit the maximum distance. There is a Tactical Rail equipped on the blaster.
Trivia[]
- The shield attaches on the side through the Tactical Rail which is placed there, like with the Titan AS-V.1.
- The bipod cannot be removed, meaning that the only way of putting it on other blasters is through heavy modification.
