The Hyper Rip Rockets sub-series, like the original Rip Rockets line, was a successful attempt to make smaller dart blasters for more people to enjoy, and for a lower price.
The Hyper Rip Rockets series is a sub-series of both Rip Rockets and Nerf Action.
Strangely, the line ran only in 1994, and only two blasters were made for it. It was then followed up by Ambush Rip Rockets in 1995. Both blasters got decent reviews.
