History[]

Kenner Products was founded in 1947 by brothers Albert, Phillip and Joseph L. Steiner. One of their more famous original products was the Bubble-Matic, a bubble-blowing gun. An updated version was released in the 1960s. Kenner was also responsible for making Nerf blasters from 1991 to 1998; the role was then passed to Hasbro from then on. In 2000, Hasbro acquires Kenner, Larami, OddzOn, Galoob and a few other companies, which caused Kenner to shut down all operations.
