The Light Blaster is a 1999 Nerf blaster. It was only available in the Nerf Jr. Foam Blaster: Attack of the Kleptons! game, where it included one of these blasters. It functioned very similarly to the NES Zapper, another light gun. It is no longer available for purchase as its patron product has since been discontinued.
