The Max-D 2000 is a 2002 Max-D Super Soaker that holds 325mL of water. It is the smallest blaster in the Max-D series, but is not the weakest and most unreliable. The blaster is styled similarly to the Max-D 3000 and 4000, due to them being in the same series. It uses the special trigger that all other blasters in the line use, and when pulled, makes loud clicking noises. Because of this, the triggers were not well received by the community. It was last seen in the 2008 series, but has not returned since. It is classified as an air blaster.

The Max-D 2000 is a 2002 Max-D Super Soaker that holds 325mL of water. It is the smallest blaster in the Max-D series. The blaster is styled similarly to the Max-D 3000 and 4000 due to them being in the same series. It uses the special trigger that all other blasters in the line use, and when pulled, makes loud clicking noises.

It is the designated "pistol" of its generation and the direct successor to the XP 215 and XP 15, which in turn replaced the Super Soaker 10, Super Soaker 20, and Super Soaker 25. However, its reservoir capacity is between those of the Super Soaker 30 and Super Soaker 40, making it closer to a de facto light rifle.

It was last seen in the 2008 series. It is classified as an air blaster.
