The Nitron is a 2011 Nerf Vortex Blaster that can hold up to 40 XLR discs, assuming you use its stock and use two 20-Disc Magazines.
It somewhat resembles the Stampede ECS, and it uses a battery-powered Centerfire Tech Electronic Scope, which is vaguely similar to the Phoenix LTX tagger's scope. It needs 6 D-size batteries to operate its flywheels.
The blaster itself has extra space in its integrated stock for another magazine. It is the only original Vortex blaster to never be re-released in different color schemes.
How to Fire[]
Step 1 - Load 20 XLR discs into a 20-Disc Magazine, then load the magazine into the blaster.
Step 2 - Hold down the acceleration trigger to rev up the blaster's flywheels.
Step 3 - Press the trigger to fire a single disc, or hold down the trigger for full-auto firing.
Trivia[]
- It is considered by some to be the Vortex equivalent of the Stampede ECS.
- It would have originally come with a shield instead of the Centerfire Tech Electronic Scope.
