A quick-fill device (also called Q.F.D. or fast-fill device) is an accessory used to quickly fill a blaster introduced in the Super Charger series in 1999. It is compatible with blasters that have an o-ring on their nozzle. This was an alternative means to filling a blaster in the Super Charger line, other than the conventional method of unscrewing the reservoir cap and filling the blaster up with water. The quick-fill device would be attached to a hose, and the blaster's nozzle would be attached to the top of the quick-fill device, and the blaster would fill itself. Despite the capabilities of the Super Charger blasters, they did not sell well. The only blasters that sold well that had this capability were the CPS Splashzooka 65oz. and the Monster Series of blasters. After 2002, the quick-fill device was not seen in any other blasters, and was discontinued when Hasbro took over the Super Soaker branding from Larami.

This was the first variant of the quick-fill device. It was meant as a quick way to load water blasters without having to go through the tedious process of refilling manually. The side valve of the quick-fill device was connected to a hose, and the nozzle of the blaster would be jammed into the top nozzle of the quick fill device.
