Riot Blast

The Riot Blast technique is a Super Soaker technique that the Flash Flood, Arctic Blast and Hydro Blitz can use. It shoots out a Large stream of water, like the Hydro Cannon does, at the enemy, soaking the enemy's shirt. Using this technique can backfire, though, because it can quickly drain water from your blaster's reservoir.
