Description

The Nerf® Sawtooth® is the first weapon to incorporate a clip. The weapon also has the additional feature of having part of the barrel detach to become a scope. The Sawtooth® can hold one clip of five mega darts before reloading. This gives the weapon a good rate of fire for a dart weapon. The Sawtooth® is also one of the most accurate Nerf® weapons ever made.

How to Load

Step 1 - Load 5 Mega Darts into a 5-Dart Clip.

Step 2 - Stick the clip into the bottom of the blaster.

Step 3 - Pull back the priming bolt and release.

Step 4 - Pull the trigger to fire.

Review

Description - The Sawtooth is the first clip-firing Nerf blaster. It can hold 5 mega darts, and is part of the Max Force line.

Range - 9/10 - 37 feet flat is exceptional.

Accuracy - 10/10 - An accuracy comparable to that in blasters today, the Saw-tooth's accuracy is incredible.

Reliability - 4/10 - It jams frequently, especially for being the first clip-fed blaster.

Rate - 8/10 - One shot per 0.66 seconds is very good for 1995 standards.

Overall - 7.8/10 - The Sawtooth's accuracy and reliability prove that it was ahead of its time.

Trivia
