The Smart Stick Shield is a 2014 BOOMco deployable accessory, attached to a BOOMco blaster's accessory rail. There is a small red button on the attached shield; when red button is pressed, the shield deploys, showing white foam for Smart Stick Darts to stick onto and register "hits. However, there is another use to these shields; any darts that are stuck to the shields of the user's blaster can be plucked off and used as his own ammunition.
