The Super Soaker 25 is a 1992 Classic Super Soaker Larami Super Soaker that holds 177mL of water in a pressurized reservoir. It is essentially a larger version of the Super Soaker 20: New and Improved, with similar body designs, and is one of very few blasters with its pump located in the handle. The Super Soaker 25 is now no longer available as its home line has since been discontinued, and got good reviews when it first came out. It is classified as an air blaster. When it was released, it came in a pack with the blaster itself, an additional reservoir with a tethered cap, a belt and a holster.
Description[]
The Super Soaker 25 is a standard pocket pistol-sized soaker, with a green body, yellow reservoir and an orange pump handle. The pistol grip of the soaker has ridges to allow for better grip.
Internals[]
The Super Soaker 25 has internals standard for air blasters for its time. It has a pinch-tube trigger, hoses and an air pump among other things.
Blaster Co-relation[]
The Super Soaker 25 most closely relates to the Super Soaker 20, specifically, the "New and Improved" version, due to similar air pump placements and overall shape.
Like the Super Soaker 10 and Super Soaker 20, it was replaced by the XP 15, which in turn was succeeded by the XP 215 and finally the Max-D 2000.
Faults[]
Like most other blasters, the Super Soaker 25 has faults. The main fault with the soaker is that it is rather weak for water wars of today; the Super Soaker 25 has been thoroughly outclassed by similar-sized but more powerful XP and Max-D blasters.
How to Fire[]
Step 1 - Load the reservoir with water.
Step 2 - Load the reservoir into the soaker.
Step 3 - Pump the blaster 30-40 times; 40 times is recommended if the blaster has been sitting unused for a long time.
Step 4 - Pull the trigger to fire a stream of water.
