The XP 105 is a 1996 XP Larami Super Soaker that holds 940mL of water. It is a fairly large soaker and is the successor of the 1994 XP 150. The XP 105 featured a pressure gauge, something not many Super Soakers had even until that point, along with two pressure chambers. The XP 105 was discontinued a few years later to make way for more powerful blaster designs, such as the XP 110, which succeeded it. It is no longer available as its home line has since been discontinued. It is classified as an air blaster with a separate pressure chamber.

Description[]

The XP 105 is a large rifle-sized soaker, with a blue body with red accents, purple reservoir, dual purple pressure chambers and a yellow pump. The pistol grip is textured to allow for better grip.

Internals[]

The XP 105 has internals standard for air blasters for its time. It has a pull valve trigger, hoses, two separate firing chamber and an air pump among other things.

Blaster Co-relation[]

The XP 105 was the successor of the older XP 150, until it was in turn succeeded by the XP 110. This makes it part of the unbroken line of succession that began with the Super Soaker 100 and ended with the Max-D 6000.

It was part of the second XP generation, along with the XP 15 Mark I, XP 65, XXP 175, and XXP 275, and the orange reissues of the XP 35 and XP 55.

Faults[]

Like most other blasters, the XP 105 has faults. The main fault with the soaker is that it is rather weak compared to blasters of today, due to its small nozzle; the XP 105 has been somewhat outclassed by newer XP blasters, but still manages to hold its own.

How to Fire[]

Step 1 - Load the reservoir with water.
Step 2 - Load the reservoir into the soaker.
Step 3 - Pump the blaster 11-12 times.
Step 4 - Pull the trigger to fire a stream of water.
