The XXP 275 is a 1996 XXP blaster that holds 3.8L of water. It is no longer available. It is classified as an air-pressurized blaster. It is unique for having dual nozzle selectors, much like the later Monster XL. It also features a bandolier to help with carrying. It is the largest XXP blaster released, and was the direct successor to the Super Soaker 300 and XP 300 and indirect successor to the XP 250. Its smaller sibling, the XXP 175, also featured two nozzles, but not nozzle selectors. The XXP 175 and 275 had no successors because large air-pressure blasters had been made thoroughly obsolete by the CPS line; however, the Monster XL could be considered its spiritual successor
It was discontinued after 1997 to make room for the “legendary 98’s” CPS blasters (1000, 1500, 2500 and 3000)
How to Fire[]
Step Pump 10-12 times to precharge with air - Fill the water tank.
Step 2 - Pump the blaster until it is fully pressurized. Refer to the pressure gauge to determine how much more pumping is needed until it is fully pressurized.
Step 3 - Pull back the lever to fire.
Trivia[]
- Similar to how the Monster XL is a doubled version of the Monster X, the XXP-275 is a doubled version of the XP 250.
